Alfafa is one of the most nuritious food contains B Complex,vitamins A,C,E K..CALSIUM,MAGNESIUM,POSTASIUM,IRON.. may be you could try this :-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  Material: organic alfafa seeds,netting cloth,empty glass container,mineral water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Method: alfafa seeds put into the glass container,add mineral water,leave it about&lt;br /&gt;          3-4hrs ,pour out the water,leave the seeds in the glass container let the &lt;br /&gt;          container slanting at 45 degree up to 6-7 hours,repeat the same on first 3&lt;br /&gt;          days,once the seeds emerge to 1 inch on third day,put it under the morning &lt;br /&gt;         sun for 1/2 an hour to generate chorofil for the leaf,can serve on forth &lt;br /&gt;          day.&lt;br /&gt; Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with&lt;br /&gt; water. If your skin is oily, repeat the above recipe replace the honey with lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                             Exfoliator&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                             one avocado &lt;br /&gt;                             one teaspoon lemon juice  &lt;br /&gt;                             two teaspoon smooth wheatgerm &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  This exfoliator will help to remove dead skin cells from your face and clear your &lt;br /&gt;pores. It will make your skin look brighter and feel smoother.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blend the flesh of one avocado with a teaspoon of lemon juice and two tablespoon of smooth wheatgerm. Rub the paste gently into your face with small, cicular movements.
