Diy-Alfafa Sprouts



I love organic food , recently I grow my own alfafa sprouts, its crunchy & fresh. Alfafa is one of the most nuritious food contains B Complex,vitamins A,C,E K..CALSIUM,MAGNESIUM,POSTASIUM,IRON.. may be you could try this :-


Material: organic alfafa seeds,netting cloth,empty glass container,mineral water.

Method: alfafa seeds put into the glass container,add mineral water,leave it about
3-4hrs ,pour out the water,leave the seeds in the glass container let the
container slanting at 45 degree up to 6-7 hours,repeat the same on first 3
days,once the seeds emerge to 1 inch on third day,put it under the morning
sun for 1/2 an hour to generate chorofil for the leaf,can serve on forth
day.

You can make sandwiches , salad, or just eat by its own .

DIY- Skin Recipes

These recipes not only for gals ,guys you could try out these quick and easy d.i.y skin recipes as well...

COOL AS CUCUMBER
Cucumber contains ingredients to help alleviate oily skin. Lemon are a great astringent to help your skin heal and renew itself.Egg white improves skin tone and tightens tissue,it also softens skin and refines pores.Use daily to keep shine under control.

1/2 cucumber
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mint
combine the ingredients in a bowl & blend well. Apply using a cotton wool bail.Your skin may feel slightly tight , so make sure you apply your moisturise.Do Not expose to direct sunlight immediately after u had done.

avocado

Today read an interesting article, recipes for beauty by using avocado, there are
quick and easy to make at home.Ripe avocado are best for the follwing recipes.

Face Mask

one avocado,
one teaspoon honey or lemon juice

If u hav dry skin,mash the flesh of one avocado with a teaspoon of honey and smooth
over your face with your fingers. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with
water. If your skin is oily, repeat the above recipe replace the honey with lemon juice.

Exfoliator

one avocado
one teaspoon lemon juice
two teaspoon smooth wheatgerm

This exfoliator will help to remove dead skin cells from your face and clear your
pores. It will make your skin look brighter and feel smoother.

Blend the flesh of one avocado with a teaspoon of lemon juice and two tablespoon of smooth wheatgerm. Rub the paste gently into your face with small, cicular movements. Rinse off with clean water and moisturise with your usual moisturiser.
